Return Policy

Here at Castor & Co. we do accept returns. We offer a store credit for change of mind on all orders.

We accept these returns if the item is unused and still in its original packaging.

Please note: return shipping fees are not covered by Castor & Co, and will be at the cost of the customer. 

Return Procedure

Please ensure your return is valid, by reviewing our return policy above, before proceeding.

1: Contact hello@thecastorandco.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your name, order number and product you would like to return.

Please check that your order is eligible by checking our Returns Policy above. 

2: Once you have emailed and if eligible, you will receive the return address. Please lodge your return in the post within 5 business days of receiving the return details. We recommend selecting tracking with your return. 

4: Once received, we will review the return and if eligible, you will be provided with a store credit.

Please note: our returns period is within 14 days of receiving your order, all return requests outside this period will not be accepted.
